FAQ?

1.What are the measurements?
Currently, our products are available in two sizes, the rectangular frame is 11.7 x 16.5 in, and the square frame is 13 x 13 x 1.8 in
2. What if my items are damaged or incorrect?
If the product has a fabrication problem, you can return or exchange it only if it is returned in its original condition and packaging.
3. Are your products made from original mobile phone parts?
The products we sell include all the original parts of the mobile phone.
4. Is the battery in the frame safe to be there?
We are using fake batteries, just a model, there will be no danger of explosion or expansion.
5. Where the objects are dispatched from? What are your current shipping time frames?
Our studio is located in China, with warehouses in China, the United States, and the Czech Republic.

Shipping Times

  • Standard shipping typically arrives in 10-20 business days.
  • Express shipping typically arrives in 7-10 business days.
  • All products from the US warehouse can be shipped to all states in 3-5 days. The Czech warehouse can ship to all of Europe except the UK in 2-6 days.  But only if the products you buy are still in stock at both warehouses, otherwise they are sent from China

Things you should know:

  • Estimated shipping times are counted in business days after the order is placed.
  • Business days do not include holidays or weekends.
  • Items shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or any APO/DPO/FPO can take 1-2 weeks longer than the quoted shipping times above.
